Customisable reports
IRIS SharpOwl provides a fully detailed database 'schema' that

widely available business reporting tools. IRIS SharpOwl reporting
is complemented by a customisable 'alert’ management tool, to
automate the delivery of event-driven email alerts to managers,
ensuring that they have the information required to take corrective
action immediately.

Support for the following products forms an integral part of
IRIS SharpOwl
- Microsoft Reporting Services - a
component of Microsoft SQL Server, through which users are given
access to live IRIS SharpOwl data. Extracted reports can be
delivered to users in a variety of forms including paper, HTML,
PDF, Excel and XML so that they receive information in the most
meaningful way to them.
- Vision XL - an add-in for Microsoft Excel
that makes designing reports easy, offering a point-and-click
approach aided by a report design wizard. The range of features
offered extends to the type of information and the choice of
display. Users can select balance and transaction reporting and
display it in the form of traffic lighting and alerts.
- Vision Alert - an easy-to-use, highly
flexible means of automating designated reporting tasks on an event
or time-driven basis. Users are made instantly and automatically
aware of anything needing attention. They can automatically
schedule reports to run; compare the results to user-defined
performance criteria; and if a report shows an exception to the
criteria set, have the report printed or emailed to the designated
user(s), for appropriate action to be taken.
