IRIS ProjectMinder v6.0 including Multi-Project Resourcing -

IRIS
ProjectMinder has been upgraded to v6 for all clients, implementing
the major new feature of Multi-Project Resourcing for all
customers.
Many, if not all, project-oriented businesses
need to ensure their fee earning staff are being as utilised as
effectively as possible. After all, this is where the bulk of a
firm's revenue and profit comes from.
Multi-Project Resourcing provides a fast and
intuitive approach to identifying any under-utilised staff in your
firm and matching their available time with under-resourced tasks
from any of your organisation's projects.
This means that your fee-earning staff
utilisation targets have a better chance of being achieved and as a
consequence improving your bottom line and profitability.
With this latest version of ProjectMinder,
users can select a resource name which will pop up their
'scratchpad', showing their current task assignments as well as all
other tasks requiring resource allocation for the chosen time
period.
From here they can replace resources, amend
task durations, change resource percentage allocations and assign
selected resources to the task – all with just a couple of clicks
of a mouse.
